What delays an order
- Late sizes for polos and quarter-zips
- Artwork that needs rework (low-resolution logos)
- Blank out of stock at SanMar Reno; we pull from the next warehouse, which can add days
- Proof approval sitting in an inbox
If you are inside 6 weeks
Say so on the quote form with the event date. Rush is quoted per job. We will tell you honestly whether it fits; towels and caps without size runs are the easiest to move quickly.
Shipping
We ship nationwide from Yerington, Nevada. West Coast ground is a few days; East Coast about a week. We can ship direct to the course.
Questions
Does the 28 days start when I pay?
It starts at proof approval. We send the proof after the quote is accepted and the logo is digitized.
Can you split-ship towels first and polos later?
Yes. Ask on the form; shipping is quoted per shipment.
