About Tee Box Golf Co.

Tee Box Golf Co. is a brand of Battle Born Clothing, a custom apparel decorator at 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, Nevada. This site exists so golf buyers can see towel, polo and cap pricing without digging through a general catalog.

The shop

• Embroidery on two commercial single-head machines: a Happy HCD2-1501 and a YunFu 15-needle, with Rapos thread and Maggie magnetic frames
• Laser-engraved leather patches since 2020 on an OMTech 80-watt CO2 laser, applied on a two-platen VEVOR hat press
• Screen printing: plastisol, water-based and discharge, cured on a conveyor dryer
• DTF transfers from DTF Tribe in Carson City, pressed in-house

Blanks and brands

Blanks come from SanMar (Reno warehouse first) and S&S Activewear. Battle Born Clothing is an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO, a Zapped Headwear dealer, and buys Decky direct. We decorate customer-supplied Melin hats but do not sell Melin blanks.

How we price

Blank price on this site is supplier cost times two under $10, or cost plus 35% at $10 and up. Decoration is a fixed matrix that drops every 24 pieces. One-time fees are listed on the pricing page. No hidden setup.

Policies

• No hard minimum on embroidery or leather patch; 48+ recommended for screen print
• 28-day standard turnaround from proof approval; rush quoted per job
• Free redo on our own errors
• $2 per item handling on customer-supplied goods
• No team or company online stores
