Tournament directors order from Tee Box Golf Co. because the math is simple: one logo, one quantity, one all-in price per player. Battle Born Clothing prices the whole field at the 144+ break when the field is 144.

## What tournaments order

- TW51 embroidered towels (the most common player gift)
- Richardson 220/225 or 112 caps with the event logo
- Volunteer polos in a contrasting color
- Sponsor towels, screen printed one color

## Example job: 144-player scramble

| Item | Qty | Each | Line |
|---|---|---|---|
| TW51 embroidered towel | 144 | $12.70 | $1,828.80 |
| Richardson 112 embroidered cap | 144 | $18.50 | $2,664.00 |
| K500 volunteer polo | 24 | $17.55 | $421.20 |
| Digitizing, 1 logo | 1 | $18.99 | $18.99 |
| Total | | | $4,932.99 |

Same logo, same order: every style counts toward the same price break, so the 24 volunteer polos are priced at the 144+ tier. That is about $31 per player for towel and cap, with volunteer polos included. Drop the caps and it is $12.83 per player.

## What to send

- Event logo as vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) or 300 dpi PNG
- Player count and volunteer count with sizes for polos
- Event date, so we can confirm the 28-day window
- Towel and cap colors

## Timeline

Submit the quote request at least 6 weeks before the event. Standard production is 28 days from proof approval; see the [tournament order timeline](/guides/golf-tournament-order-timeline/).

## Questions
**Can sponsors each get their own logo?** Yes. Each distinct logo is a separate $18.99 digitizing fee, and quantities are priced per logo per item.

**What if our player count changes after we order?** Tell us before production starts. The price break is based on the final quantity we run.
