The order total column uses the first quantity in each tier. Add $18.99 for digitizing a new logo. Battle Born Clothing sets the blank price at supplier cost times two when cost is under $10, which is why the TW51 shows $8.70.

## What moves the price

### Quantity

Decoration drops at 48, 96 and 144. The blank does not change. Going from 120 to 144 towels saves $1.00 per towel, so the 24 extra towels cost about $184 net, not $305.

### Stitch count

Up to 6,000 stitches is included. A large multi-color crest can exceed that and is quoted per design. Most tournament logos sized for a towel corner land between 3,000 and 6,000.

### Second logo or location

A sponsor logo on the opposite corner is a second location, quoted per job, plus a second $18.99 digitizing fee.

### Screen print instead

One color at 48 pieces: $8.70 blank + $4.34 print + $0.25 flash = $13.29, plus $20 for the screen. Cheaper per towel than embroidery at 48, but a flatter look and only for simple art.

### Customer-supplied towels

Decoration only plus $2 handling: $7.50 each at 48 for embroidery. Spoilage allowance is about 4% industry standard; we aim for zero.
