When one sponsor logo goes on 100 towels or 200 volunteer tees, screen print is cheaper than embroidery. Battle Born Clothing prints plastisol, water-based and discharge inks in-house and cures on a conveyor dryer.

## Worked example

96 TW51 towels with a one-color sponsor logo: blank $8.70 + print $4.34 + flash $0.25 = $13.29 each, plus one $20 screen. Total $1,295.84. Quantities above 48 are quoted per job.

Port & Company PC61 tees print at $15.22 each for 48 with a one-color front and back on a dark shirt, plus $40 in screens. Good for volunteer and cart-crew shirts.

## Questions
**Does print hold up on terry?** Yes for a flat one-color logo. Fine detail breaks up on terry loops, so keep lines bold.

**Can you print a four-color sponsor board on a towel?** Multi-color prints on terry are quoted per job. DTF or embroidery may be a better fit; we will say which on the quote.
